CABBAGE ROLLS by Halina



















- 0.5 kg m inced beef and turkey  
 - 100 g rice                                                    
- 100 g buckwheat
- 2 large onions  
- 1tbs of butter
- 1 large cabbage white
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, cumin, thyme,
 ginger, vegeta
- 1 l broth

    Rice porridge pour cold water so as to be covered by it. Bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover, let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain and cool. Cereal grains and rice are Twardawa and so it should be. In a large pot, boil 1/2 liter of water, put it into the cabbage (remember the obkrojeniu depth), burn it, removing the layers of leaves. With every hard core removed, set aside. Chop the onion, fry in butter, then add the meat, cool rice and buckwheat, crushed garlic and spices. Filling should have a strong the taste. Then on each cabbage leaf arrange one spoon filling, wrap and put in a pan. Pour over a broth. Cook about 2 hours in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve with mushroom sauce, tomato sauce or fried in butter.
