COLESLAW SALAD by Halina

Ingredients:
- 1 small head cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 of red onion
- handful of parsley leaves
Chop cabbage, onion, parsley. Then mix it all with grated carrots. Then we combine vegetables with mayonnaise and yogurt sauce. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 

Mayonnaise and yogurt dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- salt and pepper

Mix sauce ingredients and then mix with vegetables.
