HIJKI SALAD by Yumi















Ingredients:

Hijki (dark edible seaweed usu)   30g
Spinach   50g
Small Carrot  1pc
Chinese white radish (daikon)   50g
Small Onion 1/2 PC

***Dressing 
     Soy source 50cc
 Salad oil 50cc 
     Grated daikon      50g
 Thin sliced onion ( first soak in water, then wring)

①   Boil "Hijki" in big pan for couple of minutes, shut off the heat,
      Then wait for 5 min. Sift by strainer
②   Boil spinach, wring,then cut in 3-4 cm
③   Boil carrot, wring, then strip of rectangle slices.
④   Mix ①②③ and pour *** dressing.
