Ingredients :
- 2 kg of beef meat
- 10 slices of smoked ham
- 2 onions
- few pickles
- mustard
- salt, pepper, thyme, vegeta
- potato flour
- vegetables to cover beef roulades (carrot, onion, garlic)
Cut meat into slices about 1 cm thick, gently smash, to get lobes which are few millimeters thick. On each lobe put mustard, ham, sprinkle a little of salt and pepper, then put a piece of onion, cucumber, make a roll. Rolls sprinkle in corn starch, squeak toothpicks or spatulas to slips. Fry in a hot pan, and arrange in baking dish. Cover with sliced carrots, chopped onion, garlic, sprinkle with thyme, pepper, Vegeta. Pour 0.5 liters of broth, cover and cook in the oven, in 180 degree C, about 2 hours. Enjoy!
