celery 300g
apple 200g
crushed walnuts 50g
sauce :
miso paste 1 tea spoon
sesame paste 1 tbsp
crushednpickled Japanese plum 1 pieces
Japanese mayonnaise 5 tbsp
1. Remove the fibrous part celery and cut into small piece
2. Cut appels into small pieces.
3. Pour the sauce to all ingredients and mix them.
