CHINESE CABBEGE PICKLES by Atsuko

 Ingredients  : 

 Chines Cabbage  1/2 pc (about 700 g)
 vinegar     1/2 cup
  sugar        5 big spoon
  salt          1 big spoon
  konbu cha (sea tangle,kelp tea)  1 table spoon
  sesami oil   2 big spoon
  finely chopped ginger   a   pinch

 1. Cut the core(white part) in small rectangles
 Cut the leaf  in bigger size
2. Mix all ingredients and put in a big container
3. Keep in a cool place  for at least half day before serving
