FRUITS JELLY WITH AGAR by Emiko





















About 6cups of jelly

Agar 1520g
Sugar 70g
Water 600ml
Lemon zest 1/2pcs
Lemon juice 1/2pcs

fruits
34 kinds of fruits
Orange, Melon, Kiwi, Strawberry, Cherry, Peach…as you like
(Think about the color combination!)

1.Cut fruits about 1cm cube.
2.Mix sugar and agar together and blend it well.
3.Boil the water.  Put agar&sugar little by little and blend it well until it completely dissolved while boiling. And then, off the heat.
4.Put lemon zest and let the liquid-jelly cool slightly(about 50) and pour lemon juice.
5.Put cut fruits in the mold and pour the liquid-jelly.
6.Cool in the refrigerator.

Yogurt Sauce

Heavy Cream 100ml
Yogurt 50g
Syrup or Liqueur Tbs1
(Your favorite one. I love to use Lychee Liqueur!)
Blend all ingredients well.
