450g cranberries
300ml red wine
115g brown caster sugar
125ml fresh orange juice
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
pinch of ground cloves (I couldn’t find ground cloves, instead I used some pieces of cloves)
75g sultanas
55g flaked almonds
1 tbsp grated orange rind
1 tsp grated limon rind
salt
1. Cook the cranberries, wine, sugar and orange juice in a pan over medium heat for ten minutes.
2. Make a mixture of corn flour, mustard, lemon juice in a bowl (may be you need a little water) and add this paste to the cranberries and stir it.
3. Add the cloves, sultanas, almonds, orange and lemon rind, simmer for five minutes. Add some salt and chill it.
