spinach tart

















Dough:

- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 150 g of butter, chilled
-  1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
All the ingredients knead on a smooth dough.  Spread out on the thickness of 0.5 cm tart dish (size mold 28 cm). Insert for 30 minutes in the fridge. . Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C and bake approx. 30 minutes, till golden brown. Cool down.

Then prepare the filling:

- 250 grams of fresh spinach
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- pinch of nutmeg
- 250 g ricotta
- 2 small eggs
- yogurt 
- 5 cloves garlic 
- 150g of sunflower
 - salt, pepper


Washed, drained and chopped spinach put on hot pans, fry in butter about 2 min. Add crushed garlic, nutmeg, lemon juice, salt, pepper, stir and cool down. Yogurt combine with ricotta cheese, add mass spinach, mix. Put everything on the cake and continue baking for approx. 30 min.
