Vada



















Ingredients for 10 Vadas:

Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas)- 2 bowels,
One big onion,
One green chill,
Coriander leaves,
One teaspoon salt
half teaspoon turmeric powder.

Method :
Soak Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas) for 4-5 hours. Then grind it on the mixture. Cut the onion, chilli and coriander leave into small pieces and mix the whole mixture properly. Shape each portion into a ball and then press it between your palms to give it a flat shape.


Heat oil in frying pan. Deep fry the kebabs till gold colour. Drain on kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve with coriander- mint chutney.
