Ingredients :
0.5 kg of chopped wild mushrooms
0.5 liters of cream 20%
2 large chopped onions
a handful of chopped parsley
50g butter
salt
pepper
Fry onions in butter, add mushrooms and fry about 20 minutes, stirring. Then add the cream and simmer about 5 minutes. Then add the parsley, salt and pepper, stir. Remove from the heat. Serve with potato pancakes, pasta, potatoes or bread. Bon Appetit !!!
