Ingredients:
- 8 tbs of Semolina Flour
- 8tbs of sugar
- 2cup of milk
- 100g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Crushed nuts
- Lemon peels 1ts
Instructions:
- In a separate saucepan heat up the butter and add semolina - do it over medium heat so you don't burn the semolina. Simmer non-stop for at least 10 minutes.
- Once the semolina is done (it will turn to golden brown), add sugar and cinnamon and the lemon peels.
- Than start adding it to milk as you simmer to make sure there are no clumps. You will know that it is ready once it starts separating from the saucepan.
- Once it is done, place the semolina in a baking sheet, and add the nuts on top.
- Wait when it is cool and then cut into pieces and serve.
