Cottage cheese with caramel























At 15 servings: 

800 g cottage cheese 
200 g softened butter ,
8 table spoons of sugar powder Vanilla
All ingredients beat with a mixer.
2 bars of 70% dark chocolate melted on a water bath.
Silicone molds for baking grease with chocolate(sides and bottom) and put in the freezer for 5 minutes, then coat a second time and again put them in the freezer for 5 min.
Cottage cheese put in pastry bag and fill the chocolate molds on half, then put 1/2 teaspoon of boiled condensed milk or soft caramel. Fill cups until the end and put in the freezer. After 5 minutes take it out, smooth with a knife the top and coat with chocolate. Put again for a few minutes in the freezer then move it to the fridge.

The filling can be different - coconut flakes, jams or berries. You can cook in advance and freeze, move to refrigerator a few hours before serving.
