Mojo Verde




















Ingredients:
  • 2 Peeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Handful of Cilantro
  • Salt
  • 60ml of olive oil
  • 30ml of vinegar
  • Chilli pepper
Process:
Slice in half and remove seeds from chillipepper
Put Cilantro and Garlic and chillipepper into blender and blend to a pulp
Add vinegar, oil and salt
Blend mixture again until desired texture is reached.

Serve Cold
