MATCHA (GREEN TEA) MILK JELLY by Yumi

















Agar powder 5g
Water 200ml
Milk 400ml
Sugar 40g
Green tea powder 2 tea spoon

1 Dissolve powdered green tea into hot water.
Make sure the powder is completely dissolved.
2 Pour milk and agar into a pot and heat at medium.
3 Once boiled, lower the heat, stir and keep heating
for few minutes, then add sugar.
4 Add green tea at 3, stop heat  and stir. 
5 Leave it until it gets cooler and 
pour it into a container and cool in refrigerator until it gets solid.
