SREAMED MEAT BUN by Atsuko


















INGEDIENTS :

for dough :
- bread flour 1 kg
- dry yeast 20 g
-sugar 100 g
- salt 10 g
- butter 100 g
- hot water 700 ml

for filling :
   -minced meat 400 g 
- onion 2 pices
- bambo shoot / black mushroom - proper quantity
- sugar / soy sauce - each same amount

1. Put all together and make a yeast dough. 
2. Cover them and stay 40 minutes at warm place.
3. All ingredients for filling cut to small pices and mix .
3. Dough cut into small pieces, each 40-50 g.
 4. Extend each dough to put filling and stay 10 minutes.
5.  Steam them 10 minutes.
