RAW SPRING ROLLS by Yumi












Ingredients:

1/3 head of green cabbage, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

1 cup thin noodles, pre-cooked
1/4 cup fresh herbs - cilantro, basil, mint
1/4 cup carrots, grated 
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated 

Preparation:
Dip dried spring roll paper in hot water  (60 degrees) and take out immediately.lap favorite ingredients. 
Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
