PANCAKES by Halina


















Ingredients :
for about 15 pancakes
125 g of wheat flour

15 g sugar (add it, if you serve with sweet stuff)

Pinch of salt

2 eggs
325 ml of milk
100 ml double cream

For frying you can use 20 g melted butter (I use oil).
Flour, sugar and salt, put into a bowl and mix. Eggs, milk and double cream mix in a second bowl. After that mix dry and wet ingredients. Put off the dough for a half hour. 
Pan (22 cm diameter) spread with a little oil and heat. Put a thin layer of dough and fry about 1 minute, turn the pancake and fry another 30-40 seconds.

*You can serve the pancake with sweet cheeses, jam, fruit, and chocolate or with fish, meat or vegetable.

*Salmon's filling
 Ingredients:
 - 0,5 kg salmon
 - 100 ml mayonnaise
 - 100 ml horseradish

 - Salt, pepper

 Cover salmon in a horseradish-mayonnaise sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave for about 30 minutes. Then put salmon in the oven (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
 The cooled salmon cut into small pieces removing bones. Then put on pancakes, wrap. Put in a baking dish. Cover it with white sauce and put in the oven for 20 minutes in 180 degrees.

White sauce:
 -125 g mascarpone
 - 250 ml cream
 - 1 garlic
 - Salt

 Mix it all.
