800 g strained cottage cheese
120 g semonila
salt
pepper
4 eggs
30 g butter
¼ cup fresh chopped drill
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, semolina, a pinch of salt, pepper and a half of drill.
Allow the mixture to stand for about an hour.
Shape dumplings with moist hands and cook them in boiling salt water until they rise to the surface.
Melt the butter and other half of the chopped drill and cover the dumplings with it.
Other way to serve
Brown bread crumbs in heated oil and roll the cooked dumplings in the bread crumbs.
