GREEN TEA MADELEINNES by Yumi

















Ingredients : 
  ( Servings per receipe for 8-10 madeleines)

flour  100 g
sugar   30 g
egg       1 pc
non salted butter  70g
milk      2 big spoons
baking powder  1/2 tea spoon
green tea        1/2 tea spoon

Instructions :
a) Sift together flour, baking powder and green powder.
    Melt butter over low heat.
b) Combine egg, milk  and sugar well with a beater until pale and creamy.
c) Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix lightly.
d) Pour in melted butter and mix well.     
e) Transfer the batter into a mold, 4/5 full.
 Bake in a prepared oven at 180℃ about 10-15 min.
