ROLL CAKE by Eri

                             

                                                                 











     Ingredients
4 eggs (divided yolk and white)

Sugar 60g
Flour 65g
Oil 2tbs
Water (or milk) 2tbs


Preparation:
Oven preheating 180°
Put wax paper to the cake mold (25cm x 25cm)
Sift the flour

1. Beat 4yolks and put 1/2 of sugar then beat again
2. Add oil and water then beat again →A
3. Steady beat white and 1/2 of sugar (till it’s not fallen if the bowl upside down) →B
4. Add one scoop of B to A and beat them
5. Add half of B to A and mix by spatula carefully
6. Add the remaining of B to A and mix spatula more carefully till the all the flour is mixed in.
7. Put it to the mold (surface must be flat)
8. Bake for 13-15 minutes
9. Remove wax paper and leave to cool 
10. Put whipped cream then put small cut fruits (anything you want)
 and roll like Sushi rol.
