BOILED CHICKEN WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE by Atsuko












- chicken wings 250g
- soy sauce 2tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- sake 1 tbsp
- mirin 1 tbsp
- ginger 
- water 1/3 cup

1. Boil chicken wings with ginger, sugar, sake and mirin in water about 20 min.
2. Add soy sauce and boil 5 min. 
3. Enjoy !!!
