EASTER CAKE by Jowita

















Ingredients for the dough:
500g wheat flour
pinch of salt
50g icing sugar
250g butter, cold
3 egg yolks
1tbsp sour cream

In addition:
rose jam (or different taste)
250g-300g marzipan
100g dark chocolate, melted in a water bath

1. Mix flour with salt, powder sugar, chopped cold butter, add the egg yolks and cream, knead quickly and cool in fridge half an hour.
2. The form baking (size 25x40) parchment paper and put the dough, prick with a fork.
3. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20 min.
4. On cold, baked bottom spread the jam.
5. Cover with a layer of marzipan rolled out between the foil.
6. The last layer is chocolate. Enjoy!
