DUMPLINGS by Halina


- 1.5 kg of boiled potatoes *
- 300 g of cottage cheese (semi-or full-fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of wheat flour (or more / less)
- salt

Grind cottage cheese and potatoes. Add an egg, flour (gradually and checking the consistency of the dough - too much flour will make the dumplings and will become hard) and make the dough not sticky.

Divide the dough into portions. From each portion make a roller, flatten it, cut diagonally.

Put into salted boiling water and cook for 30 seconds after boiling.
Enjoy :)

* I always use potatoes boiled the day before.
