MEAT BALLS by Halina


















Ingredients:
- 1 small piece of bread
- the milk to soak bread
- 1/2 kg minced meat (veal and turkey)
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
- about 1/4 cup cold water
- bread crumbs to rounding

   Roll pour milk or water, leave to soak for about 5-10 minutes. For larger bowl put ground meat, onion, egg, salt and pepper and a squeeze roll. Mix everything well. While kneading the meat, add cold water little by little and knead as long as the meat will absorb water and will not stick to your hand. The longer you knead, the better chops. Shape into cutlets, coat with bread crumbs and place on a well-heated oil in a pan. After obsmażeniu on both sides it is to translate chops into the pan or casserole dish (uncovered) and put into preheated to 150 degrees  oven for about 15 minutes. Avoid long cooking, and chops are perfectly soft in the middle.
