POTATO CAKE by Jowita












2 kg potatoes
2-3 onions
3-4 piece of garlic
2-3 eggs
1/3 glass of semolina or flour
herbs: marjoram, thyme (1 tbsp each)
salt and pepper
oil

1. Peel the potatoes and grate on fine grater
 - like the potato pancakes (you can use a food processor). 
2. Fry the chopped onions.
3. Eggs, fluff with a fork, pour into a mass of potato. 
Add a semolina, marjoram, salt and pepper, 
fried onion, then mix thorougly.
4. Shape for baking smear with oil. 
Pour the mass of potato 
and place in oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 1/2 hours. 

5. Serve with a blob of sour cream. 
You can decorate with fresh thyme and marjoram.
