SALMON ROLL by Emiko



















Ingredients :
Sushi rice
Nori(Sea weed)
smoked salmon
Cream Cheese(KIRI)
cucumber
Surimi
carrot
Ruccola or chive

Prepare for the ingradients.
*cream cheese : cut into 1cm x 1cm stick
*cucumber : cut into 5mm x 5mm stick
*surimi : cut into half
*carrot : cut into fine julienne

- Put sea weed on sushi mat. Spread sushi rice over the sea weed.
- Put smoked salmon on the rice to cover 2/33/4 sushi rice.
- Put plastic film over 3) and then turn it over.
- Put cream cheese, cucumber, surimi, carrot and ruccola onto the sea weed side 1/5 from the bottom.
- Put your fingers to hold the ingredients and roll it with sushi mat. Be careful not to include plastic film. 
Keep rolling.
