SUSHI VINEGAR by Emiko
Ingredients:
- White Wine Vinegar150ml
- Salt40g
- Sugar100g
Directions:
- Put all ingredients into a small pan on low heat.
- Stir until salt and sugar to be dissolved (do not be boiled!)
