SUSHI VINEGAR by Emiko

















Ingredients:
- White Wine Vinegar 150ml
- Salt 40g
- Sugar 100g

Directions:
- Put all ingredients into a small pan on low heat.
- Stir until salt and sugar to be dissolved (do not be boiled!)
- Off the heat and cool it for using.
- Keep it in a refrigelator.
