TERIYAKI CHICKEN ROLL by Emiko
























Ingredients 
Sushi rice
Nori(Sea weed)
teriyaki chicken
cucumber
carrot
mayonaise
chive

Directions :
Add 1 Tbs of water to one egg and make egg crape.
Prepare for the ingradients.
*teriyaki chicken : cut into 1cm x 1cm stick
*cucumber : cut into 5mm x 5mm stick
*carrot : cut into fine julienne

1. Put sea weed on sushi mat. Spread sushi rice over the sea weed.
2. Put egg crape on the rice to cover2/33/4 sushi rice.
3. Put plastic film over 4) and then turn it over.
4. Put teriyaki chicken, cucumber, mayonnaise, carrot and chive onto the sea weed  1/5 from the bottom.
5. Put your fingers to hold the ingredients and roll it with sushi mat.(Be careful not to include plastic film)
6. Keep rolling.
