1 l milk
6 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
vanilla
Beat egg white until stiff.
Boil milk and add half of sugar.
Drop teaspoons of egg whites into boiling milk.
Turn on the other side after a few seconds.
Take out boiled whites and place on a plate.
Put egg yolks and rest of sugar in a bowl and beat well. Add vanilla and yolk mixture to boiling milk and cook for one minute.
Serve cold, with the egg fluffs on the top
