Malzemeler: Ingredients:
250-300 gr kadayıf 250-300 gr kadayıf
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağ. 2 spoon of butter
4 yemek kaşığı şeker. 4 spoon of sugar
1 su bardağı ceviz. 1 glass of walnut
Krema malzemeleri: Cream ingredients:
1 lt süt. 1 lt milk
1+1/2 su bardağı şeker. 1+1/2 glass of sugar
1+1/2 su bardağı un. 1+1/2 glass of flour
1 paket vanilya. 1 packet vanilla
2 yemek kaşığı margarin. 2 spoon of margarine
To prepare cream sauce;
Put the milk, flour and sugar in a large pot on the heater. Mix them until the mixture well boiled. Add margarine and vanilla in the mixture.
After it boiled and reached the good cream consistence. Take the pot away from the heat. Then continue to mix the cream during 10 more minutes.
To prepare kadayıf;
Melt the butter on the heater, add the sugar and melt it too, then add the kadayıf. Fry them until your kadayıf turn into brown colour. Add the walnut in it.
To serve the cream and kafayıf together, first put the half of fried kadayıf on the base of your large plate. Pour your cream on the half of your kadayıf in the plate. Finally, add the rest of the kadayıf to cover the cream completely. Your dessert is ready.
