1/2 cup of feta cheese
thyme
olive oil
baked pepper
black olive
Cut off ends of cucumber and slice into 2 cm rounds. Using a melon baller, scoop out the seeds and inner flesh from the top 2/3's of each cucumber slice. In a bowl, combine equal parts cream cheese and spice. Fill the stuffing cucumber cups. Garnish with olive.
