JEERA ALOO/ BOILED POTATOES TOSSED WITH CUMIN







































Ingredients – Serves 4
4-5 medium sized potatoes – boiled 
1 ½ tsp cumin
1 ½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder (curcuma)
¼ tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp lemon juice/ 1 ½ tsp mango powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Sizzle cumin seeds, add cubed potatoes and coriander powder. Mix it well so that all the masala coats the potatoes well. Sprinkle curcuma, chilli powder, salt and garam masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander. Toss it well.
