CHOCOLATE CAKE (GLUTEN FREE)















250g dark chocolate
125 g butter
6 eggs
175g sugar
whipping cream (for topping)
orange skin or alcohol (cointreau, rum)

Put the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat, and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool a bit.
Beat 4 white part of eggs to stiff and slowly add 100 g of sugar.
In the second bowl to 4 yolks, add 2 eggs, 75 g sugar, and beat to get fluffy mixture. You can add some grated orange skin, or vanilla, or a little alcohol (rum, cointreau etc.) - if you like orange taste.
For this mixture, add chocolate and white part of eggs, and join together delicate.
Take a shape (diameter 23 cm), pour the mixture, and bake at 180C temperature for 35-45 minutes.

After baking, middle of cake is collapsed - don’t worry. You can fill it whipped cream and spring with grated chocolate or fruit. Enjoy!!!
