Cottage cheese donuts (oponki)















0.5 kg cottage cheese
0.5 kg flour
1 cup of sugar
100g of butter
4 eggs (2 wholes + 2 yolks)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp of vodka (or other alcohol)

Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead to soft, not sticky dough.
Roll out the dough to the thickness of about 0.5 centimetres and cut donuts.

Throw on a hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper from fat, sprinkle with caster sugar. Enjoy:)))
