ingredients:
150 g of red cabbage
50g raisins
50g walnuts
pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice
1 teespoon of joghurt
preparation:
Finely chopp the cabbage. Put the raisins into hot water and leave, after a few minutes drain off. Shred the nuts into smaller pieces. Mix all, season with pepper and salt, sugar and lemon juice. Add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix. Enjoy your meal!
