ingredients:
0,5kg of cooked, mashed, hot potato
50g of butter
4 egg yolks
Foam from 4 egg whites
100g flour
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1/3 teaspoon muscat
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients together. At the end add egg whites foam and gently mix with the rest of the potato dough.
Put the blinis with a spoon on a pan with hot oil. Fry until their color turns gold-like. Serve with yogurt mixed with ground garlic.
