dumplings
















1kg flour 
2 cups hot water 
2 eggs
1,5 teaspoon salt
2 tsp oil or or melted butter

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix (at the slowest speed); You can, of course, mix it by hand. Then cover the dough with foil and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 mm, sprinkle flour on a pastry board. Cut the dough into circles and lay heaped teaspoon of the filling on them. Stick it together. 
Boil in lightly salted water, about 2 minutes after they come to the surface. Serve with your favorite add-ons, such as fruit or cottage cheese with cream and sugar, cottage cheese with fried onion and bacon.

fillings:

cottage cheese:
0.5 kg of cottage cheese
1tbsp of semolina
1 egg
3  tbsp of sugar
8 g vanilla sugar

Mix all ingredients, prepare the dumplings.

potatoes and cottage cheese (ruskie)
300g boiled potatoes
100g of cottage cheese
salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne
average chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic

Grind boiled potatoes, cottage cheese. 
Add fried onion and garlic. 
Add spices and mix everything thoroughly, prepare the dumplings. 

blueberries
300g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp of corn flour
3 tbsp of sugar

Mix the ingredients, very gently, prepare the dumplings.
