Ingredients for the dough:
50 grams of wheat flour
3/4 cup of sugar
20 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Combine all components, knead the dough quickly. Divide into 3 parts. Each of them put on a 32 x 22 cm form. Bake for about 15 minutes at 160 ° C.
Ingredients for the semolina mass:
1 liter of milk
3/4 cup of sugar
20 grams of butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
9 tablespoons of semolina
Boil the milk with sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and butter, constantly stirring and then cool down. Divide mass into two parts.
Then, follow those directions:
one baked pie
cover with the semolina mass
cover the second baked pie
cover with the semolina mass
cover the last baked pie
cover with the chocolate sause.
Chocolate sauce:
100 g of dark chocolate melted in the water bath with 125 g of butter.
The cake tastes the best after 2 days.
