(similar to cheesecake)
3 liters of 2% milk
3 cream 18% (together 750g)
6 eggs
250 g of butter
1 cup of icing sugar
vanilla or vanilla sugar
dried fruit and nuts (walnuts, raisins, almonds, figs) (optional)
Topping
1. jelly and fruits or
2. chocolate or
3. fresh fruits
Milk heated, stirring from time to time so as not to stick to the bottom. Bring almost to the boil. Add vanilla sugar.
In the meantime, beat 6 eggs and cream and pour into the hot milk and continue to heat. Starts to loose the cottage. When there appear large lumps, leave it and wait for half an hour. Then drain off the cottage cheese in a sieve and look forward to cool.
Blend butter with icing sugar very well (it should be fluffy), then add one by one spoonful of cold cottage, and repeat it to the end of cottage. At the end, add nuts and raisins.
Put into the shape, and decorate anything you prefer. Put into refrigerator to cool well.
