Ingredients:
600g pumpkin puree
2 eggs
6 tbsp flour (or more, it depends on puree)
1 onion
salt
1. Pumpkin, yolks, flour, onion, and salt mix in the bowl.
2.Beat the whites to stiff. Add to the pumpkin mixture and gentle stir.
3. Fry on the frying pan small pancakes.
4. HINTS!! If you want sweet pancakes, add a little sugar instead of onion. Serve with jam or maple syrup.
5. Pumpkin puree: cut the pumpkin into small pieces, put in the oven at 180C on 1 hour, next blend it.
