PILE FREEKASE


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces of chopped garlic
  • 2 table spoons of flour  
  • 100g Bulgarian cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Muscat nut powder
  • Salt
  • Oil or butter
DIRECTIONS:

  1. First boil the chicken breasts with a little bit salt. Than chopped them into small pieces.
  2. In a pot on medium heat add the 1tb spoon of butter and then add garlic. After 30 sec. add the chopped chicken and fry it a bit. 
  3. Then add the flour again for a30-40 sec and put about two cups of cold water and mix very well. 
  4. Cook it, till it come a little bit tick than add black pepper and half tea spoon of Muscat nut powder. 
  5. And the last add crumbled cheese.
