1/4 cup of boiled millet
1/4 cup of boiled quinoa
10 leaves of spinach
1 tbsp of chickpeas
3 tbsp of baked pumpkin
2 slice of avocado
3 cherry tomatoes ( cut in half, mix with 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp of olive oil)
Put the millet and quinoa in the bowl *, cower with spinach, chickpeas, pumpkin, tomatoes and avocado. Bon appetite!!!
*I served this salad in tortilla bowl.
