Starch pancakes with cottage cheese and salmon

























Ingredients for pancakes: 
starch 200gr 
milk 0,5 l, 
2 eggs, 
salt 0.5 teaspoon, 
sugar 4 tablespoons, 
vegetable oil 5 tablespoons. 
Filling: cheese, sour cream, salted salmon, dill, salt. 
Green onions. 

For pancakes : mix all ingredients together. Fry thin pancakes.
Put green onion into hot water for 10-15 min.

For filling: Mix thoroughly chopped salmon, dill, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt. Put 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each pancake. Then tied pancake with a green onion.
