Baked turkey on green salads with fruits

















Double turkey breast
salt, sweet red pepper powder, herbs (I used French Herbs from Kotnayi)

mix of salads with a lot of rucola
Sliced fruits eg. peach, nectarine, figs and different berries 

For sauce:
handful of fresh or frozen raspberries (crushed), olive oil, 1 tbl spoon of honey, balsamico vinegar, salt, 1 tea spoon of mustard 

Season the meat and put it into a plastic baking sleeve. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
Put a lot of salad leaves on a serving dish, cover with thin slices of meat and put the fruits on top. Pour with the raspberry sauce.
