Chocolate cake























250 g of dark chocolate (75-80% of cacao)
150 g sugar
200 g butter
6 eggs
80 g of white flour

Preheat the oven at 200 C.
Heat butter and chocolate in a bain-marie until melted.
Whip the eggs, add sugar and whip again. Add flour and mix gently. At the end add melted chocolate and butter. 
Pour the mixture in a round cake pan (glass or ceramic) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
