Vinaigrette sauce for green salad
2 garlic cloves
lemon juice form 1/2 lemon
2 tea spoons of honey
salt
olive oil (1/2 cup or more)
Squeeze garlic, add the rest of ingredients and mix well with hand mixer or shake well in a twist jar.
