Marination of chicken:
Chicken
Hung curd
Red chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Lemon juice
Mustard oil
Garam masala
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients for at a least 7to 8hrs . after 8 hrs roast the chicken and keep it aside.
For Gravy you need:
Butter
4 to 5 green cardamom
Ginger and garlic paste
Maze
Salt
Red chilli powder
Kasturi methi
Honey
Cream
Garam masala
Take a pan,put butter and then add green cardamom,maze and ginger garlic paste.
Saute it for a while then grind tomatoes and add into it,then add little red chili powder and salt according to the taste . let the tomatoes cook till it gives you good red colour and leaves little oil from the side.
Then add Kasturi methi,little honey and little cream.
Cook it for a while and then add roasted chicken into it.
Keep it for another 10 min for boil.
At add little garam masala.
And ur butter chicken is ready.
