Ingredients:
- Red and ripe Tomatoes
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Bread
- Garlic clove (optional)
- Salt
- Virgin Olive Oil

Process:
Cut the tomatoes in half and grate the halves with a grater into a bowl.
Ensure to grate until the skin and discard the skin thereafter.
Grate the peeled garlic into the bowl of tomato. (optional)
Add desired amount of olive oil and salt and mix.
