Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
Oil
2 table spoon of gram dal(indian lentil )
2 table spoon of urad dal ( indian lentil)
1table spoon of mustard seeds
1 red chilli(optional)
5-6 curry leaves
2 slit green chilli
Cashews
1/4 cup of peanuts
1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder
Lemon juice according to your taste
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Heat the oil in a pan and add gram dal, urad dal, mustard seeds , peanuts, cashews and red chilli.fry till they spluttering stops and add green chilli and curry leaves.
Add turmeric powder and rice ,lemon juice and salt .
